Went on troll&toad, bought nearly 200 holo rares at 1-2$ each.
No sleeves, just a toploader with a teambag wrapped around the cards in 5-6 bundles.
All warped to hell by god knows what.
Is this common or did i just get hosed?
Edit: This is apparently common and T&T customer service was kind enough to send a partial refund for some cards not being their listed conditions, all is good now.
Do you have a pic? Want to see this for some future reference… Only bought from them once but it was 2 cards and both had sleeve and a toploader

Well these are going in a ultra-pro binder anyways so its gonna get straightened out eventually.

This is normal, I received about 200 promo’s last week only 1 toploader and 5 sleeves were used.
How they send the cards will depend on how valuable it is and what you request in the “notes” for your order I think.
I tend to get proper protection and sleeves when asking for them and I feel like they pay more attention if the card is valuable. Why give a damn about a 1-2 dollar card when I can sell 1 $50 card? That’s the mindset I think, plus it’s a business and they need to move quick.
Good news is customer service is typically very good and they offer returns. Just need to pay return shipping. For the record, they are always cheaper on their site vs eBay, but a return through eBay won’t result in you paying for shipping if you claim damage.
