I found this forum when searching up storage ideas for booster packs but I didn’t seem to find what I was looking for and decided to go ahead and make an account to ask.
So, I am doing more of a ‘budget’ sealed collection where most of my sealed packs are from the dollar tree. I started collecting back when Base Set first came out, but a couple years back I fell into some really hard times and had to sell pretty much everything I had (which was pretty much every set nearly completed up to base Black and White).
I wish I knew the actual value of a lot of the cards I had since I sold everything off as bulk (including old trainers like Rocket’s Admins, and most of my old EX’s) - in my defense, I had way too many to go over individually and I was desperate. After knowing I could have made 1000x more than what I actually got, I do somewhat regret it, but that’s another story.
Anyways, since selling all that I started a new collection with a very tight budget. I have collected at least 2-3 of nearly every dollar tree booster packs since XY base and also amassed a small collection of these ‘sampler packs’ and also several promo packs - For protection I am using ultra-pro tarot card sleeves (which fit them PERFECTLY), but now I am looking for a box to actually store them. I saw these Yu-Gi-Oh boxes that look to be a perfect fit - but, those boxes are way out of budget with people selling them on ebay for $20+. I simply cannot afford that.
Does anyone know of any other boxes that would be able to fit what I’m looking for? I would preferably like something that fits the packs sideways snugly like the Yu-Gi-Oh boxes but of course… cheaper. Google isn’t really helping me here sadly.
