Some time ago I had seen this binder page, it immediately caught my attention because I am a fan of Card Saver 2.
Does anyone by any chance know where to buy a binder with pockets the size of Card Saver 2?

Not sure what those in particular are but you could buy photo album pages and use those in any ring binder.

This would be my guess as well, photo albums can totally be repurposed for cards and even slabs! Just take measurements and match them best you can.

Not card saver 2 but palms off gaming makes a really nice top loader binder
