If I had to guess, Beckett is referring to a new security incident than what had occurred before they were officially acquired by Collectors (who owns PSA). There is 0% chance that Collectors will address the original data leak if it occurred before their formal acquisition date. And if that is the case, they should be dragged through the mud on social media and in court through a class action lawsuit. ---

In the end, we created a custom plugin that hid our deletions from the hacked plugins and manged to clean up the site that way. Claude then helped us remove the 20k+ spam pages automatically and implements redirects for all the spam urls. We then made a massive removal list for google and got all the links un-indexed. Something that would have taken weeks before took about 2 days to fix. We build like ~10 wp sites per month for quite large companies. I would only ever recommend an alternative platform it the company is an e-commerce brand. With Beckett, I imagine they had very old tech and or had someone on the inside who was a bad actor. It sounds like they don’t actually know the issue, though. ---

Their new site appears to be up but with a notice that some things will be temporarily unavailable. Pop report is a lot easier to use now! Haven’t logged in or anything yet edit: actually it seems like a lot of sets are missing right now ---

Yeah, seems like the search function of the POP report isn’t quite there yet for TCGs. If you check a cert, the data is there though. Also little side note: While it does still show the subgrades of all individual certs in the POP report, the cert numbers are no longer displayed. ---

They’ve improved the data now, and more sets are showing up. At least all the sets I’m looking for are available now. BUT the new design is terrible. It’s so hard to get a clear overview of the POP that I’ve reached the point where I’m using a userscript to show my own custom rendering how i need it… ![BGS](https://efour.b-cdn.net/uploads/default/original/4X/3/3/d/33da976bad7d2dfb7b9d4993c73e17c285792b6e.png) I’m not sure who’s responsible for the UI/UX on their end, but man, I really dislike most of the design choices. They can definitely make it better over time, but its without question better than what they had before so I have to give them credit there. But I also get the same vibe based on some other factors I’ve seen examining the site, and the incomplete pop report. There are still some missing sets in the new pop report UI where Beckett had been grading cards and putting them under one variation of a sets name and then other cards from the same exact set under a differently titled variation of the same set name. Notably e series sets where they saved the set title as “Pokemon-e Aquapolis” for lots of cards, but then for many others from the same set they saved it as “Pokemon Aquapolis”.
