How rare are these error. I know there is the heart in circle which is pretty rare but wondering about this error. I haven’t seen much of them.

When I check on eBay, I see an equal number of magenta heart and black heart ink blob errors. 6 and 6. And that’s with an “error” label in the title. So I wouldn’t call these especially rare, you’ll always be able to find one or two up for sale.
