Base set box

Hey everyone so I was having a look at my base set box and it’s all legit :blush: like no dodgy deals or anything… however one side is more easy to push down than the other ?? Like the top layer of packs moves really easy. Almost feels like there’s only 1 on the top layer . Can any one suggest reasons for this ? Factory error with only 35? And again it is a legit box
