Looking to buy the remaining cards missing from these sets, probably with a buy thread since many people don’t know about them. I don’t exactly know how much they are worth though. So my two questions for the community are 1. How much would you buy these cards for raw? And 2. Do you have some of these cards lying around or are they so niche people don’t really own them? Thank you for all the advice in advance!

Bump since I didn’t get an answer before. I’m pretty sure this is allowed but I’m sorry if I broke a rule…

Fossil Rares usually bring $100+ each. I bought a few for that price to finish up my set. Uncommons/Commons are a lot less but are still hard to find. I use to ask like $35/$15 respectively and would sell a few here and there. It was slow sale so that is probably over market value, especially if they went through auction. The tempest 5 cards dating 1999-2000 do have a small gloss difference if you are going for all variants. Of course those are vary cheap comparatively.
On the Base 2000, I would say non-holos are generally 2-3x the price of regular 1999 cards only because very few people sell them. I would not pay more than $10 for any of them ungraded. If you buy a complete base set, most of the time a few 1999-2000 cards are in there. I have accumulated a few thousand just sifting them out of collections. The Base holos, just go to ebay on those. Prices have been up and down but those who do have them usually know how hard to find they are compared to the regular 1999 dated ones.
For Base 4th print, there doesn’t seem to be that much of a premium except for certain holos.
Something like $1-2 commons $2-3 uncommons $5-10 rares and $20-40 holos?
Fossil is a different beast. The Australian packs are selling for $200 and a lot of these cards are super hard to find. I’ve seen non holo rares sell for $50+. A full common/uncommon set sold for $300, which is about $10 average per card… Not sure what a good price would be to offer, but you’re more than free to post a buy thread. It doesn’t matter if some of your numbers are low, just state that you’re flexible and willing to negotiate.
Depending on how many cards you’re missing, it might actually be worth it to open a few Australian packs. Even if they’re weighed you’re looking at about $150+ EV. Are there even 1999-2000 Fossil Holos(other than Zapdos)?
There are not, it was confirmed somewhere in this thread below:

red logo packs are actually more desirable when they’re weighed (light), how funny is that
Good bet is to filter Aus only shipping on Aus ebay and find a middleman. You will find them listed every now and then. Most of the time the seller knows and will state red logo though.
Keep in mind the Raichu non holo and Zados holo are from theme decks.
I recently sold my 2000 fossil articuno and ditto at around 50 bucks each, both in NM condition. Cannot determine for sure the market prices for them cos so few ends up on ebay ><
and I agree buying a box to complete may be an easier option at least to get the C/UC cards.
Was the Articuno and Ditto both 1st editions?
I really want an Articuno 1st edition but the good ones don’t last on eBay
1999-2000 fossil is unlimited only
I sell most commons and uncommons from fossil 1999-2000 for around $10/$15. I recently sold a set of uncommons/commons to get rid of it fast for $300, but not many people are looking for the whole set of C/U.
