Went to comitia 151 with 12 pokemon artists exhibiting. Not a single one was willing to sign pokemon related items (at least 3 have signed at a previous or recent event). Thinking some stricter rule is telling them to not sign at all anymore. Card signings in Japan may have come to an end.
