Anyone have any cards at CGC now?

I heard that Sarasota was right on the path for hurricane Milton and it made me think of CGC. I hope for minimal damage, but it got me thinking about all the different places I have cards around the USA and Canada and their relative exposure to natural disasters. I’m also curious whether the grading facilities are designed with some thought to something like this happening.

Regardless, if you live around Florida, please stay safe!

Have one order there but not worried about it. They are closed today and tomorrow so employees could evacuate and the buildings are fortified and have vaults (as they say every year when these events happen) so there shouldn’t be any issue

Is there anyone that can verify that their fortifications arent drywall and that their vault can withstand being dunked underwater? Anyone toured the office?

I do. Should’ve declared my subs higher value but I note that they were manually adjusted down by CGC already. Should consider myself lucky I didn’t wait any longer to ship them. Although more importantly for me I have family in the path too so like…Hope things aren’t as bad as they seem

It would be rank negligence to start a grading facility in Florida and not plan for hurricanes. I’m sure it’s fine.

Not sure what everyone is so worried about. I have a sub there now and it’s doing fine…
