Hi guys! I’m new to the forums and thought I’d chance my luck with fellow collectors of Japanese cards, in this case: Awakening of the psychic king. I’ve bought the final 11 boxes from AmiAmi (Late to the pre-order party, but did order 10 Premium champion boxes and `10 of the blastoise pack) But I’m still scared I won’t be able to finish the set what with all the secrets and full arts. Does anybody wish to team up and help each other complete the set?

With the last few Japanese releases, there has been a corresponding trade thread in the Buy/Trade section relating to just that set. It’s a pretty great idea, so I’m sure it’ll be around again for XY10. Might be a good idea to keep an eye out for that one!

Highly unlikely, you’d have to score FA/UR from each box. There will be close to 10 EX FA’s and we don’t know yet about possible FA trainers ( or secret items ).
The pull rates for SR cards seem to have settled back down to 1 per 2 boxes, with UR cards being 1 in 10 boxes. There’ll probably be about 10-12 SR’s in the set, along with 1-2 UR’s. You’ll more than likely get all cards within the set numbers, and pull 5-6 SR’s, and maybe an UR if you’ve got some good karma coming your way 
Of course there will be so many FA… On a side note do you think those tournament exclusive M Blastoise EX will be good trade bait?
It depends what people are after ^^;
On this website you have a lot of high end collectors, so “trade bait” doesn’t work the same as it would on say, another trading site. People here would probably be most inclined to finishing their sets too.
It’s not going to be tournament-exclusive, it’ll be available for regular purchase. Probably valued around the same as any other new Japanese EX.
But don’t you have to be in the tournament to buy it? With proof?
