I don’t get Yoel or the fans though. What is Izzy supposed to do? Go and fight to Yoel’s strengths and let himself get bombed on? Absolutely bizarre that people are mad at Izzy and not Yoel right now

@madden12ut exactly. Izzy is a counter fighter and he engaged more of the exchanges than Romero. Romero always does weird shit like this. Costa Izzy should be amazing though because costa will bring the action for sure. I still think Izzy wins that fight by slowly picking him apart but costa is a behemoth and can easily knock anyone out. Joanna fight was amazing.

@somepokemonguy, Yup, Izzy is a counter puncher and Yoel likes to play it slow and wait for an opening to throw a flurry of punches. This matchup was asking for this to happen right from the beginning
I agree Costa Izzy should be good and there definitely is some animosity between the two which makes it even more interesting. Tbh I’m a big stylebender fan and I’ve been hyping him for awhile so I hope he starches Costa like he did to Gastelum
Also yeah that Joanna fight was crazy. It was so crazy that it completely spoiled the crowd so they forgot how to behave when the Izzy fight happened lol

Weili has a bright future ahead of her, A very entertaining fighter to watch. Izzy has a bright future as well, although sadly, the same cannot be said for Romero. I’m excited to see Izzy vs Costa and Zhang vs Rose/Andrade 2. I’m also praying that Tony vs Khabib happens this time and that it lives up to expectations

I know this is wrong but as soon as the news of the coronavirus became big, all I could think of was that Tony vs Khabib is gonna be cancelled AGAIN lol
