# Any Crazy Bones fans out there? I love how insular collecting was as a kid in the 90s, stuff like crazy bones felt like it was something that only mattered to me and 12 friends at school, but that was enough. I can’t remember 100%, but I’m sure I had a sparkly gold one and a glow-in-the-dark one which were my favourites, along with a handful of solid colour ones like red, green etc. that I’d got from little plastic packets. My only memory of playing with crazy bones was a sunny day in the back garden. I think the fad lasted all of a week at school before we all moved onto Pro-yo. I remember these but only because I went on vacation to Florida with my family(we were from a far north state). We vacationed with family friends who had kids my age at the time and they were all about these. Of course I made my parents go and buy me some but this craze seemed to die off after a couple of weeks. I never understood the point of these either. ---

They always felt cooler since they were rarer and their eyes glowed in the dark. Ngl I’ve searched them on eBay a few times! 👽 ---

They also released them as a set on their own! _Crazy Bones… Now that’s a name I haven’t heard of in years._ ~lights cigarette and profusely coughs since I don’t smoke~ I saw the thread name and instantly my brain went whoa what were those cause I totally remember the name. I’m sure I had some back when I was a kid but I don’t believe I have found any lately going through all my old stuff. So many fun things like that back then which I guess are still happening now, just we aren’t kids anymore. Reminds me, at Walmart found these TeenyMates little figures that seem to be trying to do something similar to that but with baseball players. Bought a couple packs for fun and got one of my favorite players Juan Soto. Also Shohei Ohtani in there which is cool. I think it would look fun in someone’s collection to put next to the cards of whatever player they collect if they have a display kind of thing.
