Amazon Review - TAMPERED? Shining Legends Ho-Oh Box

Was Amazon.com the seller? Just to clarify who to steer clear from. If it was, it was probably from whoever sold to them tampered collection boxes (assuming they were tampered with). That, or maybe bad luck – I can’t tell (haven’t bought sealed product in a while) but someone here may be more confident in giving you an answer.

I saw them on eBay dip under the $50 mark the other day.

Yeah, says shipped and sold by amazon.com.

Thing is, I’ve opened dozens and dozens of these before. Double shrink wrap + Only getting 2 holo energy in 100 packs is super stupid bad luck… It’s also a significant clue being that the packs with holo energies in them would have been the heaviest packs.

What is a typical pull rate? I didn’t open enough of these nor track my openings closely enough to have a good concept.

Judging by what you’ve said I’d just lean towards bad luck on the pulls. I honestly don’t think for what they sold them for there would be anywhere near enough margin on these for someone to justify cracking them, weighing them, resealing them (while missing many of the good pulls) and then sell at that price. They’d be making what? $5 an hour if that?

Regarding double seals I believe amazon will add another plastic seal over items that get their seals damaged in the warehouse, do you remember if the inner seal was damaged for those double sealed items?

In some cases Amazon does double seal the plastic, I’ve seen it before. I’d also lean toward this simply being bad luck.

I got to a 36 pack streak of Shining Legends from various products & stores with my only pull being a Zoroark GX. It was a pretty dark period in my life. I don’t like to talk about it.
