@crow Absolutely! The history builds with time, and I can’t emphasize enough how much of that is a value for me today. I look at 1st Ed Base set with a completely different perceptive from 10 years ago. I don’t think I am alone in that regard. Even some of my non-collector friends who know about pokemon will see some cards lying around, “dude those are vintage 1st Edition cards”.
