I can confirm that I am on this list and not a bot! 
The community is smaller, so there was a wave of support at the beginning and now things have slowed down a bit. I get why people would be skeptical about supporting a new KS, but to lump this in as another “MZ 2.0” just shows how no one in this thread has done any homework on the subject.

I just read the KS now.
Same target demographic, same art style, same funding mechanism, same “to the moon” mentality. Different owner? different game mechanic twist? different creatures? Who cares. It’s just another slow-motion NFT project.
If they invest in making the game fun and an organic player base develops and it grows from there, then great. But reading the comments for 30 seconds reveals that a significant number of people aren’t actually interested in the gameplay and are there to be on the ground floor of the next TCG ponzi scheme.

I joined b/c a game I like and support has a bunch of negative press from basement dwellers who have no idea what they are talking about due to lack of touching grass. It is a potential epidemic!!

Sorry, but if you genuinely liked the game you wouldn’t be bothered by a random thread with a few comments. I haven’t even seen any real negative press for it aside from this tiny thread. Which was pretty much dead until you commented
