Hi everyone,

I’m a Porygon collector from Italy and this is my collection.

Main rule is that what I collect must fit into a binder, so you won’t find any graded card or sealed item. I’ve started to collect Porygon(s) 4 years ago but few of them are relics from when I was opening base set booster packs as a kid.

I’ve joined this community to share and improve my knowledge about Pokemon so feel free to send any kind of feedback or advice especially referred to cards that for you should be part of my collection.

*I wanted WOTC cards to be part of my journey and I wanted to have them all in the same language, so English was the only possible way to go.

Section 1
• Porygon Base Set “Global Collection”
Only for this card I’ve decided to do a “Global Collection” and have all the languages ever printed in 1st Edition and Unlimited Edition.
English and Spanish versions included the 1999-2000 prints.
Personal highlight: Korean Unlimited print.
Next Goals: none, completed.

Section 2
• Porygon Masterset in English.
Simple, all Porygon cards ever printed in English, best conditions possible.
Personal highlight: Porygon2 from Neo Revelation, love the art.
Next Goals: Waiting for Destined Rivals release date to add the new Porygons to the collection.

Section 3
• Promo cards in English, JPN exclusive Promo cards & other languages exclusives.
Missing the big beast Porygon Fan Club. I got all the other ones included the Indonesian GYM promo.
Personal highlight: STAFF promos, quite hard to find a good deal for those cards in great conditions.

Section 4
• Carddass, Sealdass, Topsun, Topps cards, other TCG non-english exclusive/out of print cards, Poker cards, unofficial cards and Porygon cameos.
Trying to collect all Topps and Carddass variations.
Always looking for language-exclusive artworks and variations.
Personal highlight: I know it’s unofficial but I love the WrennyMoo Porygon.
Next goals: A signed Porygon, complete the Russian set, Topps Porygon variations.

Section 5
• Stickers
This could be a never-ending story, there are so many versions. I tried to concentrate on the Japanese ones as they look better and there are many deals on eBay.
Personal highlight: Amada Super DX Hyper Foil “Ghost Foil” Porygon

Section 6
• Errors/Misprints
Totally addicted to error cards, even if now are more common due to the very bad print quality control they still have that unique taste of being one of a kind, even the most common errors. I’m still kicking myself because 2 years ago I lost an auction for a miscut Sabrina’s Porygon in excellent conditions. I’m very proud of this page.

Porygon is the greatest. Excellent taste my good sir! One day you’ll have the fan club, which is the greatest card ever made, something porygon collectors rejoice in existing.

Yes the Fan Club I think will be my final card unless I’m going to find a surprisingly very good deal.

Also I’d like to buy it directly raw to avoid the painful process of breaking a slab.

For the TCG cards I’m missing that Fan Club and the the a/b variations from Aquapolis, but those are really common cards and I’m just lazy to buy them…

Amazing collection showcase. Really love all of your binder pages and your dedication to collecting Porygon. I really enjoy Poryon as a Pokemon and I think it is a cool species with a great concept.

I hope you can get the the big one soon. There are really great copies on Mercari, specifically for binder collectors.

This is a freakin’ awesome collection. Porygon is just such a dope little weirdo within the pokemon world, you can’t help but recognize and appreciate it. Even if it’s not a fave, it’s undeniably distinct.

Received this card today.
It’s a nice story because the painted card is part of one of my first packs opened in 2000.
It was clearly worn and played so I decided to give it a “new life”.

Theme of the painting was of course futurism and the digital world, perfect habitat for Porygon.

The alteration was done by Italian artist Giorgia Andrisani, you can find here all her works and contacts:

Found a very clean copy of Porygon from Aquapolis (holo reverse).

These reverses are getting very hard to get and I see always higher prices for cards in very bad conditions.

Now I’m waiting for the non-holo version to finally put together both a/b versions.

Continuing with the “Pimp my Binder” project.

Gift from friends directly from Pokemon Center on Tokyo.
These are really well made, thin but detailed and they fit perfectly on the bonder Zip.

I’ll decide later if I want to keep them all together or just rotate on Porygon at the time!
