2025 Goal maintain $500,000 sales 2024 has been a year of learning more about the Pokemon world. Hit my goal in Oct and took a month vacation in Nov. -Highlights - $570,000+ Gross sales -Lowlights Got burnt out after hitting my goal of $500K. - Profit margins shrinking - Many people trying to import directly - Prices moving up on Pokemon in Japan New adventures of Pokemon - Sell Sealed - Sell more Graded - Sell Less Raw ultra modern - Start Social Media - Sell on more platforms. Possible ideas. - Start a grading company - Open in other countries - Hire employees Also, try not to argue with negative people. happy 2025 ---

4,171 orders last 30 days. Raw is doing great. Buying only for sealed. slabs coming in. (changing direction again). Taking too long again. ---

All grading companies have a place. It really depends how the submitter can use the grading company to their own benefit. Most people let the grading companies take advantage of them. **HIGH END . PSA ONLY** **All the rest should be for flipping and making money.** Disclaimer. I grade with 4 different companies currently. I could start my own grading company and compete comp wise with 3 of them on the low end market. Pretty much at launch. ---

looking at 1099s April was the High in gross revenue ,$70,000+ (people here motivated me) Nov Gross revenue $11,000+ ( One month vacation.) 99% Singles , so the ROI is MUCH higher than sealed sellers. This can be a Big Business if taken seriously, I do this as a hobby and fun. Approx 20 hrs a week total. Pokemon is a great business for anyone thinking about it. Right now i am on the fence about going almost fulltime and work Sealed and Slabs into selling. ---

2 days of work $8000 gross sales. Had some time during sat and sun for superbowl weekend. (EAGLES !) Decided to try working not hobbying is project. Put in 7 hours a day on sat and sun. This easily can be a million dollar one man operation, BUT it becomes more a JOB than a fun project hobby. Great results for 2 days, not so fun. Gross sales and ROI was great. 95% raw singles . If i were to add sealed and slabs at the same rate as raw. This i probably a 1.5-2 million gross sales one man operation with great returns, but this will become a JOB. (less tha 2% this month) Genuinely curious, for someone in your position, does it make sense to still pursue the less than 2% of graded cards and go through the headache of long wait times? What stops you from pivoting 100% to singles. Is it that some of your buyer base expects some graded cards from you? Also, I know you mentioned dipping your toes in having a small scale grading company yourself. Would you consider offloading that 2% volume to a similar newer graded company if it means faster turn around times. Or does the reputation with the company still matters when trying to sell graded cards? Thanks and cheers! ---

graded cards brings in different types of collectors. The turnaround times are not really worth it financially, but helps bring in ā€œgradingā€ flippers that see the minty raw i sell. as for my own grading company, The following i have developed trust my judgement and cards i sell. Many will use my service cause the cards will initially be direct from my inventory, just slabbed from the start. Just in the works right now. Really for expansion.
