Just look at ebay sold listings.
Heavy Packs are around 20-25k.
Lights should be around 6-8k (there is one setting as bin on ebay for 9k + one on auction for 5.5k with 4 days to go)
Blisters naturally fall inbetween those. I´ve not seen one sell recently, but based on the lights/heavies I´d say between 10-15k depending on the art and condition.
Box has most recently sold for 375k
No idea about the PSA values but I´d not pay more than what lights are going for.

I would assume most graded packs are light

Unless it’s a much earlier number. I would value a graded pack just slightly over a light pack.
