Aww damn, sorry to hear that. I had another order I ordered on the night they released the Pikachu cards and the package didn’t come with the cards, I talked to the support on the website and they said it would ship separately and if it didn’t I should contact them again. It never did and I haven’t gone back to talk to them.

I almost missed it in the package, luckily a piece of the plastic was sticking out and I saw it. I hope you get it sorted out.
